All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Online payments (including bKash and other supported gateways)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable

Full payment must be completed before an order is considered confirmed, except in the case of Cash on Delivery orders.

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

However, customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The product was defective at the time of delivery

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the item must remain unopened and in its original packaging.

Tropica Food reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.
